Main Chatroom Help

| ● NOTE! If you don’t see member list or text input area click ‘global’ tab at top of chat window. |
| ● To open/close chat widows click + and – icons on chat windows. |
| ● Main chatroom (all users) opens bottom right (click +). Private chat windows open to left of this. |
| ● To view profile info hover over usernames in list on right and click name. |
| ● To request private chat, go to user list on right, hover over name and click name to open profile, then click small envelope on profile to start chat. |
| ● Chat is available in some groups and click Chat tab. See ‘Groups’ link above. |
| ● To see/reply to unread messages you received offline, click speech bubble. |
| ● Turn sounds on/off or change font colour click ‘Customise’ bottom right page. |
| Mobile/Tablet Users.. |
| ● To see chat user list tap people icon top right of page. Tap again to return to main chatroom. |
| ● To scroll entire page (eg to find text input box or this help guide) swipe up/down on outer border of screen. |
| ● To scroll centre screen only (ie chat messages), tap centre twice then scroll up/down as normal. |
| ● Private chat by tapping user list (people icon) then tapping username. |
| ● Switch between main chatroom (all members) and private chats by tapping < > arrows. |
| ● Close chatroom window by tapping – icon (+ to re-open). |

| ● Due to lack of staff we operate zero tolerance ban policy so be kind. |
| ● Let us know ASAP if you come across suspect activity to spare other members. |
| ● Users requesting (or sending) money on or off this site will be banned. |
Rules: for security members must have a completed profile to chat (the ‘Group’ section on your profile is optional). You must also use REAL first and last names on this site (if your names don’t show correctly leave message in chat so I can fix) ● I operate zero-tolerance ban for; bad language / slander / agression / luring members off-site / fake names / money requests / public squabbling. ● Issues between members should be dealt with in PRIVATE chat (visit their profile and click envelope icon) or contact 101Admin using Contact link at bottom of any page.
