I remember a year ago or however long it was now, when everyone (at least who I knew) was celebrating getting away from the tyrannical EU (in my opinion) saying to my dad – Teresa May was never an ‘outee’ at all (I actually think she is quite principled as politicians go, but unfortunately I imagine because she doesn’t see God in this issue, predictably she is a globalist) and whist she trotted out the line that she would ‘honour the people’s wishes’ – very noble of her – this was more a political statement, and that she – or at least her EU-friends would see to it that it’s strung out – and out – and out – until either they have time to convince the country to accept another vote (in my opinion making a total mockery of ‘voting’ period – in which case it would be more honest to give up the idea and pretence of democracy altogether), or they’d arranged some deal which wasn’t really a deal at all. Actually as I walked away from the ballot box my thoughts were; it will never be allowed to happen. Still waiting to see if that was just a feeling – or a foreboding flash of the future from The Holy Spirit.
They must make an example of us if we leave
Add to that – I said to my father – the EU – or Europa as I like to call her – will make an example of us, and squeeze us so tight, in order to make sure that leaving is extremely painful financially and politically – preferably dividing the nation (they know anything divided cannot stand right?). In doing so send a signal to any other ‘reprobate’ nations that might consider leaving this socialist scheme. And what do we see happening – all those things.

I have no special powers of foresight – and 1000’s other people knew the same thing would happen. We knew this because we know politicians. If want to know what politicians will do – just imagine you are one, but you must imagine you are hungry to retain power and need to retain your income at any cost. Then you can work out what they will do (in the main).

Politicians remember are all on salaries or on the EU gravy train and like us need to feed families and are keen retain their lifestyles and social status – a huge pressure to conform (there are some that adhere to their conscience but they are few and far between and unfortunately often don’t get far in politics – after all the word politics itself means to be skilled in manipulating – often the minds of the people) and all vote with their wallets, as do most of the electorate. But there are some – like me that didn’t vote on any financial grounds at all. It is the very fact that the EU would dare to be so nasty, to squeeze us to death wether we are in or out – that I voted to leave. This is not a nice organisation. It’s one that seeks power over all the nations of Europe. And why people cannot see that like in osmosis, in ANY socialist system (that the EU is) money will ALWAYS flow from where it is plentiful – to where there is less – meaning tadaaaa… we will be poorer without question if we stay in – because we are a richer nation! But I don’t care either way about my financial status in relation to the EU!
It’s not about better or worse off – left or right – but right or wrong
And this is not about wanting to be richer that other nations – or hold on to our wealth – or not being generous as the in-ees spin it – it’s about asking WHY a nation like ours became more wealthy in the first place (and it wasn’t because we are a nation without sin, or who’s politicians have committed atrocities) – it was because the people of the nation were God-fearing. The health of a nation is NOT governed by it’s governors as it would appear on the surface – but by the people. “If my people…” God said. “Then I will heal their land.”
The EU are skilled at making nations covet other nations’ wealth – then offer to even the scales – not by hard work – by confiscation
For me, it’s about not wanting to be ruled by bureaucrats, and people that have no fear of God whatsoever. I say much of the West’s ‘wealth’ (financially) it’s not because of our politicians clever management of our country. There are wily politicians all over the planet making a mess of their countries. I suggest it’s because Britain was once a God-fearing nation, where almost all people went to church and things like divorce or sex-before-marriage even amongst non-believers was the few, not the norm. It still has some minuscule vestige of Biblical Christianity still underpinning it – it it’s laws, it’s families and it culture. And that tiny mustard seed of goodness – is enough to bring about prosperity in any country. It’s the people’s view of Him that God honours – not the politicians – they are just appointed depending on what we the people want in terms of God.

However – since we as a nation have tossed God and His beautiful simple commandments (for starters – thou shalt not covet might do well to be hung on the wall in Brussels) in the garbage can – we the people will – and are – now suffering the consequences. We will likely probably be poorer whatever wether we are in or out because God’s has infinite patience – it’s limited in terms of blessing nations that choose to forget him. As a nation, we’ve have our flourish of the benefits that the once God fearing folk brought upon this country, but the grace period may now be over. Either way, I personally want out not for financial reasons – but moral ones, and free from the Godless EU parliament we might just have the freedoms – speech being one – to be able to turn the nation back to God before it’s too late.
Many Brexiteers like myself WELCOME outsiders – despite the EU painting us otherwise. It’s about retaining order – not keeping people out
For the record – I love, and welcome people from all other nations! This is not Saudi Arabia where no one outside, or even inside their faith is allowed to seek refuge. That’s what this site is about – all God’s people. Anyone fleeing persecution or wanting to make a better life should be free to come to a nation who wants to better it, and themselves. I consider myself VERY privileged to have been born in such a prosperous welcoming nation and could have been easily born into poverty – we must be generous to outsiders – thank you God! But we must also realise that wealth didn’t just happen by accident. It came about because of a well ordered, essentially Christian society and legal system – not because of good or moral politicians – the people loved God and his commands. We are all of ONE blood Jesus said!
